How is the service delivered?
Coyly is fully online. Minutes are added to your account right after payment, and transcripts appear in your dashboard as soon as they are ready. Nothing is shipped.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel a subscription anytime; it stays active until the end of the billing period. Unused minute packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email support@coyly.dev.
What happens to my files?
Files are used only to create your transcript. They are stored encrypted, you can delete them at any time, and we never use them to train models.
